Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models, particularly language models like GPT.
• Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights from various data sources.
• Design and conduct research experiments to enhance AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models and data-driven solutions into our applications.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and analysis.
• Contribute to the development of AI research strategies and projects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Ensure data privacy and security in machine learning applications.
• Communicate research findings and data insights effectively to non-technical team members.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning model development, data analysis, and research.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant AI and data science libraries.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), deep learning techniques, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of data engineering, data preprocessing, and data pipelines.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with research methodologies, publications, or contributions to AI/ML communities is a bonus.
