Position: Software Quality Assurance Tester

Number of Position: One

Place: Surat, India

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Assurance Department to ensure delivery of quality tested software products
• Responsible for performing tests on computer applications to isolate and solve issues
• Initiates tests, analyzes results, and finds solutions to technical problems
• Analyze complex functional/​technical requirements, translate them into test cases
• Prepare a detailed test plan/​strategy utilizing knowledge of the functional application
• Create and execute manual and automated test plans
• Record and document results and compare to expected results
• Manage defect testing and validate software product corrections
• Recognize and develop improvements to team processes, Quality Assurance environments and procedures

Required Skills:

• Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical discipline.
• Experience managing a Software Quality Assurance team Automated Testing experience.
• Experience in manual and automated software testing techniques
• Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed
• Ability to manage quality assurance team and provide hands-on assistance as required
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server  or comparable integrated development environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate should be any graduate/post graduate in Computer Science or related degree program.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• At least 1+ years of relevant industry experience is required.
