The download license grants you:

• Perpetual license to use product you’ve purchased.
• Access to product upgrades and support  for one calendar year, if needed you can renew the license at discount on completion of one year.
• This does not include hosted Solr Core. You need to host your Solr Core, yourself either on your server or at some other Solr Hosting Service Providers. Or you can use Solr Hosting Service offered by us to host your Solr Core.

The Subscription license grants you:

• A time bound (monthly / yearly) license to use product that you’ve subscribed for
• Unlimited access to product upgrades and support for the duration of subscribed period
• This does not include hosted Solr Core. You need to host your Solr Core, yourself either on your server or at some other Solr Hosting Service Providers. Or you can use Solr Hosting Service offered by us to host your Solr Core.
